My colour which is ever changing under Shane's expertise with matching colour to age & personality always manages to make clients look great & feel even better. Style cut is edgy & trendy. Shane is a brilliant hair dresser. My hair is an unussual type of hair. A lot of hair dresser couldn't manage it well but with Shane, seems to be nothing is impossible, long hair, medium hair are fine and always looks beautiful. Not to mention is his impecable service! Always feel cheerful and energize after having hair cut with him😊. Another plus from hairway is the massage chair 😉

An old saying I heard many years ago goes like this: " There is only a week between a good and bad hair cut". I disagree because at Hairways I can guarantee that your hair will be so professionally cut and styled that it will outlast a bad one for several weeks longer without evidence of a needing a re-cut or trim. I travel frequently and often I am away for eight weeks or so. As my hair grows longer it never looks tatty. A good stylist will manage the growth. The cheapest rate for a cut can't compete with quality. Thanks again to Hairway's friendly staff for ensuring my comfort.

They are absolutely brilliant. I went in there knowing I had to chop a good length of my hair and feeling very apprehensive as I have fine hair and I’d never been to this salon before. I was introduced to my stylist who knew exactly what was going on with my hair and advised that the plan I had to cut a few inches off was the best scenario, he didn’t do anything over the top as he knew my hair wouldn’t sit with a certain type of cut or style. He kept the cut simple and blunt which my hair loves and sits really well.The team are welcoming and warm and actually put the customer first! I did not see once where they were standing around talking amongst themselves like you do in other salons. Very professional!I will be going back again!

I had a trim done by Emma yesterday. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by every employee there, one held the door open for me. Such a happy and friendly vibe you can tell they are treated well in the workplace. Emma is truly amazing, she was so accommodating to my needs and so kind to me, very knowledgeable and gives a great head massage. I asked for a very small trim and got exactly what I asked for, very happy. Good price too. Highly recommend, I won't be going anywhere else now.

Undoubtedly the best hair salon in Mackay, The staff are so welcoming, The salon is beautiful, and the shampoo you get is simply amazing - on massaging chairs!A friend told me they where the best at cutting and color in town and she was right. Thanks for the best experience (and hair) I have had in a salon.

I love how my hair is full of fabulous curls. Only Shane can make my hair look this good. I aways feel loved and welcomed here. It's a positive atmosphere with friendly staff members. And when I leave with my hair all done I feel like I am on top of the world
